 A unique location where more than 300 elegantly furnished rooms will make your stay an unforgettable experience. All of the rooms have been recently renovated. Historical and famed destination for pilgrims at 1200 m above sea level, Oropa is the perfect starting point for walks, mountain bike rides, trekking, skiing and climbing. Oropa offers an excellent cultural heritage: the Museum with its collection of Jewels, the Savoy Royal Pavilion, the ancient Library and the Sacred Mount, that has recently been included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. For a comfortable stay in unique and evocative surroundings, 300 rooms with antique furniture are available: suites and junior suites are particularly charming, as they include an elegant sitting room area and they are decorated by precious paintings, prints and furniture of great value; television and telephone in all rooms. Elegantly furnished with old style furniture, the Comfort rooms are the cheaper alternative with good value for money. The Tourist type, the least expensive, is ideal for groups, for young people and for those who wish to experience a monastery life in a sober environment.
